At The Noble Beast, we want you and your pet to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to make it right.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at  support@thenoblebeast.shop  with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items Personalized or custom-engraved items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll resolve it promptly.
